About

The conversation layer for education — grounded, consent-first, and built to bring a person in.

eduz.chat is how the eduZ universe talks: the widget on a school's page, the shared inbox behind it, the helper named Zuci, and consent-based messaging. eduZ runs on it first; schools, coachings and tutors white-label it second.

01
Who this is for
Schools, coachings and tutors who answer the same guardian questions every day; eduZ's own support and onboarding desks; and guardians who would rather ask in Hinglish at 10pm than navigate a help page. The widget is white-labelled per tenant at a name like <slug>.eduz.chat.
02
What we promise
Zuci answers only from authorised facts. A person's concern always reaches a person. Messaging only reaches people who opted in, and an opt-out is honoured everywhere at once. Conversations stay private, and tenants are isolated from each other.
03
The lines that don't move
No spam — no bought lists, no message to someone who never said yes. No automation wall between a worried guardian and a human. No fee figure from a guess. No advertising on these conversations: this is a way to talk, not an attention market.
04
How it connects
The helper's grounding runs on the wider eduZ engine, the look comes from the shared theme, and conversation telemetry flows to the same place the rest of the universe measures from — so a school's chat is one piece of one account, not a stranded tool.
