Short version: a conversation is private, we hold what a conversation needs and little else, we keep it in India, and we never sell your attention or your messages. The longer version below says exactly what that means for a guardian and for a school.
01 What we hold
For a conversation: the messages, the channel it came on, and the consent record for any outreach. For a school: the staff accounts and the knowledge Zuci is authorised to answer from. We do not need your social accounts, and we do not read a thread for anything beyond running that conversation.
02 What we never do
We never sell or rent your messages, and we never run advertising inside a conversation. A thread is used to answer you and to keep a record the school may need — not to profile you for marketing. There is no bought contact list anywhere in this.
03 Consent, retention and leaving
Outreach needs your consent, tracked per channel, and an opt-out is honoured everywhere at once. Conversations are kept for a stated retention window and then cleared. You can request your transcript, and a school can export its records — there is no charge to leave.
04 Isolation and a safeguard door
One tenant's conversations are never visible to another — multi-tenant isolation is absolute. A guardian's thread with one school is not shared with another. Where a conversation touches a child's safety, it is routed to a trained person through the universe's one safeguard door, never closed by a bot.
