Zuci is a helper that answers from facts — and steps aside the moment a person is needed.

Zuci is the eduZ helper persona: warm, brief, Hindi-natural. It answers only from what a school has authorised, and it hands a guardian to a staff member whenever the question is about a real child or it isn't sure.

The two rules Zuci runs on

Grounded, and never a gate

These are the postures Zuci is built around. They are not settings to switch off — they are what makes a helper trustworthy.

Groundedness
It answers only from authorised facts
Zuci draws on the school's own knowledge — admission dates, document lists, bus routes, and fee tables only where the school has authorised them. If the answer is not in there, it does not invent one; it says so and gets a person. A fee figure never comes from a guess.
Human-handoff
A person's concern goes to a person
When a question is about one specific child, or Zuci's confidence is low, the thread hands off to a staff member with the full transcript. The helper assists the front desk; it is never a wall a worried guardian has to get past.
What Zuci is good at

The questions a front desk hears all day

Education-shaped questions, answered from facts in Hindi or English, so the desk's people are freed for the ones that need a human.

🎓
Admission questions
When the window is open, what the criteria are, which form to fill — answered from the school's published details, with a clean handoff if it gets specific to one child.
🧾
Fee clarity (authorised only)
Zuci quotes a fee only from a fee table the school has authorised. No table, no number — it brings in a person rather than risk a wrong figure about money.
📄
Document checklists
Which documents are needed, in what form, by when — the boring-but-vital list, available at 10pm so a guardian can sort papers before the office opens.
🚌
Bus routes & timings
Route, stop and timing questions answered from the school's own schedule, with a person looped in when a change needs a real decision.

About Zuci

No. It answers from authorised facts and nothing else. When something is outside what the school has given it — or it is simply not sure — it says so plainly and hands the thread to a person, rather than guessing.

Zuci does the first turn; your people do the turn that matters. Both live in the same shared inbox.
